The menu changes every week to follow the seasons and make the most of the local, top-quality ingredients that our region has to offer. Our Chef revisits traditional recipes from Marseille and Provence and adds tiny flourishes of aniseed for an original touch. You can also enjoy more classic recipes, too.

EMMANUEL COCUZZA: A PASSION FOR COOKING AND THE SOUTH OF FRANCE

Emmanuel Cocuzza, a Marseille native, uses his love of cooking to create delicious food with Mediterranean accents. Passionate about cooking since he was a child, Emmanuel (or ‘Manu’ to his friends) loves playing with original combinations — but above all, his heart lies in highlighting local ingredients from Provence. Try his interpretations of his grandmother’s recipes and see for yourself!
